Hi! Thanks for reading more about me.
I’m a Health & Physical Education teacher with over 11 years of experience teaching in Harrisburg, PA. For the past year and a half, I’ve also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Eastern University, where I’ve supported and mentored future educators.
I’m currently relocating to the Pittsburgh area and actively seeking new professional opportunities. While my background is rooted in education, I’m also open to roles in other sectors—including technology, business, and wellness—where I can apply my skills in leadership, communication, and program development.
I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership, with a research focus on the mental health benefits of physical activity for community college students. I’m passionate about the wide-ranging benefits of health and wellness and how they intersect with both individual performance and organizational culture.
Outside the classroom, I previously ran a blog called Pop and Sports, exploring the connection between pop culture and athletics, and I’ve worked as an event DJ, managing over 140 weddings and celebrations.
Thanks for stopping by—feel free to get in touch if you’d like to connect or collaborate.
